The LaCie Brick Desktop Hard Drives are designed to look like legos. Their main purpose is to be a decorative take on the concept of a desktop external hard drive. They can be stacked on top of one another to make a colorful addition to the desk.

The LaCie Brick Desktop Hard Drives come in red, white, and blue and come in several sizes: 160GB, 250GB, 320GB, and 500GB. The interface is one Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port and it has a cache of 8MB or greater.  The Transfer rate is up to 480Mbits/s and the sustained transfer rate is up to 34MB/s.  The Average Seek Time for writing is up to 11ms.  It comes with a variety of software, including the LaCie '1-Click' backup software, SilverKeepter Backup Utilities, Silverlining Pro, and Silverlining 98.
