Seagate GoFlex Pro for Mac Ultra-portable Drive

The GoFlex Pro for Mac Ultra-portable Drive is an external hard disc drive from Seagate that offers an alternative to the other models in the company's GoFlex product line. Fitted with a 7200 RPM drive for improved transfer speeds, this model is available both 500 and 750-gigabyte storage sizes.

Mac users can access automated Time Machine back-up services as soon as they connect the device, with downloadable HFS+ driver software available for PC machine reformatting. Standard connectivity options are USB 2.0 and FireWire 800, with powered eSATA and USB 3.0 upgrade kits supported for optimal performance.  The GoFlex Pro also features native support of Seagate's GoFlex Net media sharing device for wireless file access, and can be docked directly to the GoFlex TV HD media player for full-quality content playback. A 3-year manufacturer warranty is included.
